Portfolio Evaluation:
- Evaluate exploration prospect portfolios for ranking purposes and in support of client investment decisions.
- Use portfolio analysis to identify performance improvement opportunities via play performance look-back, consistency in risk and uncertainty assessments, gap and potential bias analysis.
Business Transactions:
- Farm-ins, Licence rounds, Acquisitions: Perform data-room evaluations on behalf of clients for exploration, development opportunities and producing assets. Support clients through licence rounds from prospect generation to licence applications.
- Farm-outs, Asset Marketing, Divestitures: Prepare documentation and presentations in support of client farm-out activities. Perform active marketing on behalf of the client and manage data-rooms from set-up to follow-up bid evaluation.
Technical Assurance:
- Participate in Exploration and Appraisal, as well as Development project geoscience peer reviews.
- Provide impartial and constructive feedback, focus on subsurface uncertainty ranges.
- Organise and chair peer reviews when required.
Integrated Project Review:
- Participate in integrated stage gate reviews of development projects, providing an objective and unbiased opinion in support of decision making.
- Attention is given to the integration of subsurface evaluations and the entire project.
