Technical Process Enhancement  

Exploration and Appraisal RIsk and Uncertainty:

Review and improve exploration and appraisal processes in place, as well as develop new process in line with client's culture. Focus on two major areas; uncertainty analysis for resource estimates; prospect risking.

Work with client’s teams to develop exploration and appraisal assessment methodology, process guidelines and risk matrix. Support client’s teams for change implementation, including performance improvement monitoring. Emphasis on consistency of assessment methodology in support of portfolio management.

Stage Gate Process:

- Improve existing processes and support organisations in designing new processes for exploration and              development projects.

- Covers project framing, technical excellence and assurance process, governance and lookback.

New Technology Development:

- Support organisations to manage new technology development, from technology screening and selection, to    piloting and commercial implementation.

- Create tools for new technology strategy and portfolio management.

Technical Training:

- Design technical courses and training programmes.

- Tailor geoscience staff development programmes, including skill gap analysis, technical ladder, grad matrix      definition.
